Mark Kostovski, Parking Director, Transportation & Mobility, City of Worcester

Mark brings over 20 years New England parking experience to the City of Worcester Department of Transportation & Mobility.  He has managed large retail and shopping centers, mixed use developments, hotels, hospitals, special events and municipal operations.  As the Parking Director for the second largest city in New England, Mark has been instrumental in transitioning the City of Worcester’s parking system with the development of Polar Park.

Mark has helped to improve parking services, enforcement, curb management and technology within Worcester’s parking environment.  These parking program elements were key factors in maximizing the balanced use of available on and off-street parking for scheduled special events while protecting residential neighborhoods from parking infiltration and nearby commercial district areas who rely on turnover of on-street parking spaces for customers around the new downtown Polar Park stadium.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with a Minor in Legal Studies from Bryant University.  When Mark is not working, he enjoys his family real estate business and spending time with his two sons and his wife, Kim.
