Portsmouth NH is a 400-year old seacoast town located roughly 60 miles north of Boston.  Home to many local attractions, unique events and world-class hotels and restaurants, this city of 23,000 residents sees upwards of 60,000 visitors weekly. As Director, Ben oversees the City’s Parking Operations, Enforcement and Collections teams.  Additionally, the Division is home to an in-house Transportation Engineering team, Signs & Lines Program, Downtown Maintenance Operations and Snow Removal teams.  Ben has been the City’s Director since 2017, coming from nearly three decades in the Parking Industry’s private sector, with experience in Airport Parking, Major League Sporting Event Parking, Class-A High Rise and Hospital systems.
