Adriana Indrisano: City of Everett
My professional background spans municipal parking operations, public administration, finance, accounting, customer service, marketing, and staff supervision. As Parking Director and Hearing Officer for the City of Everett, Massachusetts, my responsibilities include overseeing parking enforcement operations and personnel, managing violation and appeal processes, conducting administrative hearings, developing procedures, and working with Public Works, Police, Community Development, and the Traffic Commission on parking and transportation initiatives. Before assuming this role, service as Assistant Collector for the City of Everett provided extensive experience with municipal taxes, excise, fees, parking revenues, reconciliations, budgets, deposits, resident parking programs, and interdepartmental projects. Earlier positions with M&M Label, BNY Mellon, and Eagle Bank further strengthened my experience in accounting, financial reporting, customer service, marketing, staff training, and organizational management, including recognition with an Outperformance Achievement Award while at BNY Mellon.
Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Salem State University and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from North Shore Community College. Throughout my career, a strong emphasis has been placed on professionalism, fairness, collaboration, and responsive public service, with a commitment to helping residents, colleagues, and community partners find practical solutions. Dependability, organization, and an approachable style have been central to the way I work, while family, friendships, and community remain equally important outside of professional responsibilities. This combination of municipal parking leadership, financial and administrative experience, and a genuine commitment to serving others continues to guide my professional and community involvement.
